Steep Site Earthworks & Retaining Wall Prep in Waiheke

This project was a full site prep on a steep Waiheke section — the kind of job that really shows what our team does best. We kicked things off with site access and a container pad, then benched the hillside ready for drilling. Our crew augered 24 holes at 600mm x 7m, carefully lowering in 6m pile cages to set the foundation for a solid concrete retaining wall.

Once the retaining system was locked in, we dug out below the wall to form the house pad and got everything to level. With the pad complete, we finished the job by cutting in the footings — leaving the site ready for the next stage of the build.
